Bogashevo is the regional airport serving the city of Tomsk. It is located 20 km south of the city center. The main air route route from TOF to Moscow is serving by all major Russian airlines including Aeroflot, S7 Airlines, Pobeda and Ural Airlines. Regional flights connected TOF to some other Siberian cities by flights of S7 Airlines, NordStar, Angara Airlines, UVT Aero, Yamal Ailines etc. International traffic is restricted by seasonal charters to Asian seaside resorts. The spotting opportunities are restricted due to limited number of spots and concentrations of aircraft movements in the early morning.

Single passenger terminal at TOF is divided into domestic and international zones.
